Al Gore Introduces Live Earth as a Hologram

I know that there are far more important items to discuss in regards to Live Earth, but this is just way too cool.

And did you see Gore introduce Bon Jovi? Stiff and boring? That was the 2000 model, and it has long since been replaced.

Sweet Home Gore-Obama

The Tennessee Guerrilla Women point to this (kind of cheesy) video by the Young Turks:

I'm not so sure that this is a real possibility, given the fact that Obama is chair of the Coal-to-Liquid Fuel Caucus in the Senate and has sponsored a bill that would give tens-of-billions of dollars to the coal industry (oh, and he also seems to be lying about what he will and will not support as well, given that he is still sponsor of the bill), but if it would get the Obama-maniacs excited and on board than I suppose that I personally might support this.

President Jimmy Carter wants Gore to run

Maybe if we all get on a conference call with President Carter and Gore, than he'll run? A boy can dream...

Al Gore on Nightline

I missed this interview when it came on, but it's definitely worth a watch:

Hot for Gore!

In an era where news has to be entertaining, comedy is the king of real news, as the Daily Show and the Colbert Report have repeatedly shown. That's why I feel that both of these pieces are powerful:

Do you stay up at night dreaming of a real leader in the White House? Well, try dialing 1-900-RUN-GORE, for only $3.95/minute!

And have you ever wondered what the world would look like if Gore had become President the first time he won the election? Family Guy takes a look:

I find it very encouraging that Democrats seem to have embraced comedy, since it seems like one of the only ways to get real news to the American Public using TV . I find it hilarious that Republicans want to get it, but just can't.
